Timco Self Drilling Drywall Screws are great at securing sheets of plasterboard to metal track systems with a maximum thickness of 2mm. Engineered specifically as screws for plasterboard these 32mm drywall screws are fully threaded with a bugle head and drill-shaped point.

Fine Thread - since metals are usually much denser than wood the 60° twin-thread can create more layers of resistance to hold the screw in place without damaging the structure of the substrate.
Bugle Head - similar to a countersunk head in that the cone-shaped head will sit just below flush with the plasterboard but adapted to prevent tears in the outer paper layer encasing the gypsum board.
Self-Drilling Point - the drill shaped point of these screws acts as a pilot drill whilst driving which allows use with thicker metals and improved productivity.
Silver Zinc Finish - this coating will help protect the carbon steel screw from corrosion since exposure to oxygen or dampness will corrode zinc at a much slower rate.
Free PH2 Driver Bit - includes the Phillips No. 2 bit required to drive these screws into place.
Complies with BS EN 14566:2008 - passes the European standard for gypsum plasterboard mechanical fasteners which provides the benchmark regarding quality and performance.
A1 Fire Classification - this dictates that the materials used are completely non-combustable.
