Simpsons Nail plate which measures 80 x 200mm x 1.50mm (W x L x T) are used to join two or more parts of timber.
Mild steel is pre-galvanized to produce Simpson Strong-Tie Nail Plates. The material is well-known for its malleability and resistance to corrosion. The product is used to join two or more timber pieces and is bendable on-site. It is installed with the prescribed fasteners, as for pairs of 3.75 x 30mm square twist nails. The nail plates (80 x 200mm) can be used for a variety of purposes, including jointing and connecting wood parts on the same plank.
A flexible perforated plate used for joining and mending wood. To facilitate nail placement and provide a flush finish, all holes are countersunk. With a high level of corrosion resistance, galvanised steel is used to create this product.
For use with post-to-beam connections, jointing, repairs, and assembly needing on-site bending. The hole diameter is 4mm, and the thickness is 1.5mm. Can be applied on solid wood, glued-laminated wood, composite lumber, triangular trusses, profiles, etc.
