We can deliver your goods right to your doorstep, your customer or direct to site. Our goal is to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. This allows us to pick the correct items and pack them carefully, ensuring that they won't get damaged during transit. To ensure timely delivery, we choose the fastest shipping option available, and we aim to deliver your order within 5 days. - We have a 2pm deadline for next (working) day delivery, if you miss this cut off please contact us and we will do what we can to make it possible.
- Deliveries will not leave or be delivered on weekends or bank holidays unless special arrangements have been made.
- Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the consignment number.
- Please do not book a joiner / fitter until delivery is received and all items are checked.
- Orders with more than one item may arrive in multiple deliveries.
- On arrival, we recommend inspecting the goods for faults/damages immediately and prefer to be contacted within 48 hours of receiving them to ensure a smooth returns process.
- Collect from Store We can look out your order and have it waiting ready for collection. You will receive an e-mail to let you know when the order is ready to collect, all you need to bring is your order confirmation number. Please do not arrive before you receive the order update confirmation to tell you the goods are ready to pick up.
