Mafell Machines** are supported with a full and comprehensive warranty against manufacturing failure or operating malfunction. Mafell offers a three-year guarantee* with every machine purchased to the TCO customers from the TCO website. The warranty starts from the purchase date and is subject to the conditions set forth below. Please register your machine within 30 days after purchase from the TCO website. The warranty guarantee exclusively covers faults arising from material, manufacturing and assembly defects.

You may contact the TCO customer services to do the registration on your behalf of you.
After registering, Mafell will send you a guarantee certificate for the relevant machine. To claim a guarantee, you must hand over the machine together with the certificate and the original receipt showing the purchase date.

- The warranty vailds on machine and customer specific.
- *For domestic DIY home users only. This does not apply to machines used in an industrial environment.
- If you bought more than 1 power tool from the TCO, you must register each tool separately.
- The warranty cannot be transferred to another person or company.
- Mafell Spare Parts, Mafell Accessories Wearing parts, tools and battery packs are not warranty covered.
