Chrome plated 4.0 x 40mm multi-purpose screws with a raised head create an eye-catching finish suitable for hinges and many other decorative fixings.

The single thread of these screws leads to both quicker insertion and higher pull out values in low density materials such as timber since the structural integrity of the material is maintained within the wider pockets of the thread resulting in a greater holding power.

Coated with a chrome plating finish to improve the durability of the screws.

Suitable for a wide range of applications in timber, PVCu, chipboard and other similar materials.

The raised head of these screws means that the part of the screws head will rest just above the materials surface.
