Everbuild Everflex Weather Mate Gap Filler and Adheive - White (295ml) (WEAWE)

This elastic gap filler and adhesive makes roofing repairs effortless since the permanently flexible sealant will adhere to nearly every roofing surface you can think of even when its still wet or if its completely submerged underwater! Since common roofing materials such as asphalt, bitumen, lead and steel can be particularly tricky to bond with a conventional adhesive or sealant it can be very useful to have a product such as Everbuild Weather Mate which you know can get the job done. Furthermore, since this sealant and adhesive hybrid can be painted over with most paints once you are finished you can cover up your work to match its surroundings and ensure a clean finish.

Perfect for installing and sealing around roofline applications such as soffits, fascia and cladding.
Great at gap filling around the perimeters of window and door frames since the sealant will remain flexible once set.
Can be used to fill gaps in guttering or to repair stone or slate roofing tiles.
Suitable for bonding or sealing gaps in between metals and most common roofing materials.
Great at weatherproofing and can even be used over existing sealants, caulks and mastics.
