Everbuild Everflex Contract 700T LMN Silicone Sealant - Caramel (300ml) (700TCA)

This low modulus, neutral cure RTV silicone sealant is ideal for weatherproofing a variety of common building materials including plastics, metals, wood and glass since it will adhere to both porous and non-porous surfaces without any priming. Additionally, since this ultimate grab adhesive is quick curing it will pick up minimal amounts of dirt creating a strong, clean bond which is incredibly important whilst working with PVCu.

Perfect for both internal and external perimeter pointing around timber, PVCu, metal or any other type of window frame since it has a 12.5% flexibility factor.
Can be used as an adhesive for plastic and PVCu fixings such as cladding, trims and panels.
Great at sealing soft metals such as copper, lead or zinc to prevent oxidation and protect them from the elements.
Can be used to seal expansion joints since it is both incredibly flexible and weatherproof.
Suitable for parapet and roof weather sealing to combat leaks before they happen.
